Most people know their age

Very few know their Movement Age®

Your Movement Age® measures how well your body moves compared to your actual age.

It’s based on how your body performs in key areas like:

  • • Posture
  • • Mobility
  • • Stability & control
  • • Strength
  • • Balance & movement quality

For example, you might be 42 years old but moving like you’re 56. That gap matters. Because when your body moves older than it should, things like stiffness, recurring pain, poor recovery, and movement limitations usually follow.

Most clinics never measure this. They focus only on where it hurts. At SYMYO, we measure how your whole body moves first so we can identify:

  • • Where your body is compensating
  • • What’s creating excess stress and tension
  • • Which areas are actually limiting you
  • • What needs to improve so the same problems stop coming back

The goal: lower your Movement Age® so your body can better support how you want to live, move, train, and age. Because feeling younger starts with moving younger.

Our Clarity Guarantee

If, after we complete your assessment and review your findings together, you don’t feel 100% clearer on what’s going on with your body and what your next steps should be, I’ll refund your $99 on the spot.

This is for you if

  • You’ve already tried PT, chiropractic, massage, or stretching and the problem keeps coming back
  • You want one place that looks at your whole body instead of chasing symptoms
  • You’re active but feel stiffer, older, or more beat-up than you should
  • You want to keep lifting, golfing, running, or training long-term
  • You don’t want another quick fix. You want to understand what’s actually causing the issue
  • You want a real plan instead of random exercises from social media

What happens after if we work together

Once we know what’s actually limiting you, we combine:

  • Chiropractic care (joint-focused work)
  • Manual therapy (soft tissue and joint work)
  • Rehab (targeted mobility and control drills)
  • Strength training (progressive loading so changes stick)

We package this into a structured plan so you’re not just getting random visits. We’ll talk through what that could look like based on your goals.

I have been seeing Dr. Mitch for a few years, and he continues to deliver the best care possible! He seeks solutions to problems, rather than temporary relief. I always feel understood when I see him, and he is always seeking ways to offer better care and keep me healthy and mobile for longer! Through the years my overall pain has gone down, and my strength and mobility has gone up thanks to the in person treatment and at home programs set up by Mitch. If you are looking for someone to help find real solutions and recovery to your pain or immobility, Dr. Mitch is your guy!!

I have worked with Dr. Mitch now for about a year now after a severe back/hip pain from a heavy deadlift. From my first time working with him, not only was he able to help subside the pain, he also educated me a lot on movements that I could do on my own to help create space and rebuild my weak links. Highly suggest him if you are very tight/stiff, dealing with a nagging injury, or wanting to see improvement in your body and performance in the gym or any physical activity. He's one of the best!

I first met Dr. Mitch about a year ago after dealing with an injury at my SI joint and trying physical therapy for 8 weeks without any improvement. He did my initial assessment and we concluded that I wasn't just dealing with an injured SI joint but now sciatica from the area being so bothered for some time. He gave me mobility exercises to do at home to help relieve the symptoms but to also help the area and sciatica recover. The approach Dr. Mitch takes is much different than most. As he takes care in making sure your plan of care gets you back to where you want to be so you can achieve your goals and is a long term solution and not just a short term fix!

Dr Mitch is the BEST!!! I've been to chiropractors before, but this experience was on a completely different level. He does far more than just an adjustment-he takes the time to truly understand the root cause of the pain and discomfort instead of simply treating the symptoms. His knowledge, thorough approach, and genuine commitment to helping you heal really stand out. On top of that, his calm, professional, and caring manner immediately put me at ease and helped me trust the process from the start. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and wants long-term results, not quick fixes. Highly recommend to anyone looking for real care and lasting improvement.
