Real Results From Real Patients

Most people who come here have already tried something else.
Physical therapy.
Chiropractic.
Rest.
Stretching on their own.

These are real experiences from patients who wanted a plan that made sense, and results that actually lasted.

"I tried other things first and this was different."

After months of being in traditional PT for tennis elbow, it took two visits... to identify the issue was with my neck and it was able to cure the pain.

Stacy P.

I came after being put through numerous doctor, PT, and chiropractor offices... MRI's, X-Rays, steroid injections, dry needling... months of physical therapy... I saw no improvement... Dr. Israel treated me with the most professional, down-to-earth, knowledgeable and thorough manners. Finally someone who truly cared.

Kristy F.

I tried physical therapy... after 5 visits I was only worse... I was skeptical... Dr. Mitch evaluated me and halfway through declared he knew what was wrong... explained exactly what I was feeling... My muscles were too tight for adjustments to work, so we started with stretches and exercises... I came in bent over and in pain... I am walking much better and straighter. The pain has left me... I have days where I feel like jumping with joy.

Revin

I was skeptical about anything chiropractic, but was super happy to see the philosophy is more about using movement tests to identify the issue, and then using movement exercises to correct the issue... I'm now 100% back to normal.

Tiara F.

"This was thorough, not rushed."

It was the most thorough appointment I have ever experienced and I left feeling confident that I am in the right hands for a team approach to my recovery and overall strengthening and well-being.

Tracey S.

From the minute the appointment started he was invested... He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and left me feeling confident in the next steps... After just one appointment I felt encouraged, excited and relieved... building a foundation to be stronger in the future.

Brooke S.

He took the time to actually listen... spent a lot of time examining... made no pie-in-the-sky promises and told me patient participation is critical... followed up with an email and a video... After one week... my pain has subsided by at least 50%... now... I just follow up with exercises and no Motrins.

Russ C.

He explained the rationale behind the diagnosis and treatment.

Diane P.

"This is not just adjustments."

I really didn't know what to expect... but they don't just adjust you. They watch you move, give you tips, send you home with do-able homework, and help you build upon your skills... Hinging used to be an off-limit move for me and now I can hinge without a problem... Deadlifts and squats are now my favorite... Normally a flare up would have kept me out of the gym for weeks but now I can keep up with my 5 day/week routine virtually pain free.

Danielle H.

Not just popping some joints and sending you on your way, but also creating a plan for you to help prevent the issue from coming back in the future.

Jacob L.

It's a team effort. The adjustments compliment the program and are not just quick fixes I have had in the past.

Lisa C.

Unlike any chiropractic treatment I've had in the last 30 years, Dr Israel works with me... and teaches me stretches and exercises to address the underlying issues along with chiropractic adjustments... he takes the time to understand your symptoms and address each one... through adjustments, stretching, and teaching you how to take a few minutes a day to work on them at home.

Daniel F.

"I got a plan that actually made sense."

From the start... focused on helping me truly understand the root causes... unlike previous experiences with other chiropractors and PTs... provided a clear plan tailored to my needs... I learned the importance of specific exercises and how to incorporate them into my routine effectively... a real, lasting impact on my recovery and overall mobility.

Nicholas C.

I did 6 weeks of physical therapy with no improvement and actually worsening symptoms... Dr. Israel was very thorough... discovered it was more than my SI joint... the sciatic nerve was contributing... walked me through a few exercises to do every day... when you're treating the right thing, you don't need 20 exercises... within a few weeks I could notice some difference... Happy to say, I am lifting again and able to go about my daily work without that constant nagging.

Kathryn H.

He explained his thought processes and what was going on to give me confidence in the approach and not worry about serious injury... wonderful.

Justin N.

I was looking for someone to help me understand what was physically wrong... The full circle explanations and visual aids make the process approachable and inviting.

Jay S.

"I didn’t want to rely on visits forever."

His approach has given me repeatable results and has helped me to resolve and most importantly understand my lower back pain... He is the only chiropractor I have seen that has taken considerable time to explain what is going on and why... He wants you to take initiative to heal yourself and not rely on them to make you better. He teaches you how.

Chris K.

Dr. Israel... spent the time educating me... and a timetable for the results... I had a role to play... After several months... I am just about 100% now and have been discharged... the goal... is to provide the treatment and tools so you can achieve full recovery.

Jeffrey P.

Within the first 30 seconds I knew I was in good hands... Right from the jump... the main goal was to give me the tools I need to never need another adjustment again... It's been about 8 sessions... we crushed that goal.

Erik T.

In less than two weeks... my sciatic nerve pain practically dissipate... Just remember that you have to work as hard as they do... It is a partnership.

Serenity M.

"I got back to training and real life."

I couldn't RDL or squat because of a sciatic nerve issue... I wanted a chiropractor that wouldn't just crack my back and send me home... After several visits... he was able to calm my sciatic nerve issues and help me RDL and squat again... It is not a one time fix, it is a process that you have to trust. I was skeptical at first, but I am so glad I stuck with it.

Zander L.

As a collegiate runner... helped me strengthen my knees and hips in just a few weeks!

Jack L.

A month before the marathon I was training for, I injured my hip... diagnosed the problem right away... progressive regimen... from limping to running again in about 6 weeks.

Katy H.

Went consistently... given movements to do in between visits... progressed each visit... my pain is gone... Love that they... give you rehab workouts so you don't just revert back after the visit... My golf game is going to be better than ever now!

Michael K.

"Even when I was nervous or skeptical, I felt safe."

I was very hesitant... surgical history for my back including spinal fusion... Dr. Mitch was incredibly gentle and caring... only did what I was comfortable with and explained everything... Within just a few visits I was almost 100% better... I trust this team and would recommend...

Maranda M.

Dr. Israel has restored my faith in chiropractors... given me hope about my future... developed both short and long-term goals guided by my history, ongoing assessment and current abilities... combines adjustments with exercises to increase strength, flexibility and mobility... working towards helping me become the vibrant, independent person I aspire to be.

Lisa M.

Right away... different than any chiropractor I'd been to before... thorough assessment of function... plan of attack... visits and daily homework were like the best parts of chiropractic and PT combined... ensuring I had the knowledge to help prevent and treat it on my own next time.

Allison B.

Movement and Progress You Can Track

The mobility assessment... was very detailed and revealed useful information... I love that I can utilize the assessment bundle to track my progress over the next year.

Patti T.

Mitch evaluates progress and tailors the program during each appointment, making sure I understand everything as we go... Summary emails are always sent after appointments with helpful videos... I love that they focus on things to work on at home so progress is continually made outside of the office.

Megan M.

If You're Still Skeptical

That's normal.

A lot of people above were skeptical too.
They didn't want another quick fix.
They didn't want generic stretches.
They wanted a clear plan, explained in plain English, with exercises that actually fit real life.

If You've Read This Far

You're probably not looking for another quick fix.
You're looking for something that actually makes sense.

Something structured.
Something that lasts.
Something you understand.

If that's the case:
Apply.
That's the next step.

Questions People Usually Have

Is this just chiropractic adjustments?

No. Adjustments may be used, but they are not the foundation. The focus is identifying why the problem keeps returning and building a plan to correct it. The goal is fewer flare ups, not endless visits.

What if I have already done physical therapy?

Many people here have. Often the issue is not effort. It is that the plan was not specific enough to your movement patterns. The evaluation is designed to identify what was missed and simplify what actually needs to change.

How much homework is there?

Enough to create progress. Most exercises are simple and take just a few minutes per day. This works best when you participate, but it is designed to fit real life.

Do I have to stop working out?

Usually no. In most cases, training is modified, not eliminated. The goal is to keep you active while correcting what is driving the irritation.

How long does it take to notice progress?

Many people notice meaningful changes within the first few visits. Long term correction takes consistency, but you should feel direction early.

Is this only for athletes?

No. It is for people who want to move well, stay active, and avoid the cycle of temporary relief. That includes athletes, active adults, and people who simply do not want to feel fragile.
