Find What's Actually Holding Your Body Back

Why People Stay Stuck

Why Nothing Seems to Hold

Most clinics treat symptoms, chase temporary relief, and never measure how their body actually moves.

The painful area may only be where the problem is felt. The cause of your symptoms may be coming from mobility, strength, balance, posture, or compensation patterns somewhere else.

If you never measure how your whole body moves, then it's hard to understand why the issue is happening in the first place. And if it keeps coming back, then something obvious is being overlooked.

AI-Assisted Movement Analysis

A Better Plan Starts With Understanding the Whole Body

Our AI-powered Movement Assessment gives us objective data before we build your plan.

We evaluate:

Posture
Mobility
Balance
Strength
Movement quality
Compensation patterns

This helps us identify what your body does well, where it is limited, and which dysfunctions may be contributing to pain, stiffness, or reduced performance.

This gives you a clearer way to understand what is actually driving the problem before jumping straight into a plan.

Comprehensive Movement & Performance Evaluation

The Evaluation Makes the Problem Clear

When you book your assessment, this is where we establish your full-body baseline, identify the biggest limitations, and build the roadmap.

AI Movement Analysis

See what a movement assessment looks like at SYMYO.

Step 1

60-minute assessment

We use AI-assisted movement analysis to assess your posture, movement, mobility, strength, and core control. We also measure your body composition. I combine these findings into your comprehensive Physical Health Report and calculate your Movement Age™ to create a complete picture of how your body moves today.

Step 2

30-minute findings review

Together, we’ll review your Physical Health Report, connect the findings to your symptoms and goals, and identify what’s actually holding your body back. You’ll understand what the results mean, why they matter, and where to focus first.

Step 3

Personalized Three-Step Roadmap

You’ll receive a personalized three-step roadmap that outlines your biggest opportunities for improvement, the order to improve them, and the mobility and strength recommendations that will have the greatest impact. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of what to work on next and where to start, whether you continue care with SYMYO or improve on your own.

Movement Age™

How Old Does Your Body Move?

Most people have no idea how well their body moves.

Movement Age™ is a simple score that compares how your body functions to your actual age. It combines mobility, balance, strength, posture, and movement quality into an easy-to-understand snapshot of your physical health.

In SYMYO's Movement Age™ assessments, 83% of people tested moved older than their chronological age. That is why measuring matters before deciding what to improve.

It is common to discover that a 40-year-old body is moving more like 55.

The good news is that movement can be measured, trained, and improved.
