About This Service
Sports chiropractic at SYMYO is hands-on care used as part of a larger plan. Treatment may help improve comfort and joint motion, but it is not treated as the entire solution.
Your care is connected to what you do outside the treatment room, including training, work, sports, and the physical qualities your body needs to build.
Who It Helps
Common Starting Points

The SYMYO Difference
We look at the whole body before deciding what deserves attention. The Movement Assessment and Movement Age™ help show where mobility, strength, control, or compensation may be influencing the area you feel.
Hands-on care is used where appropriate, then reinforced with movement and strength work designed to help improvements carry into daily life and training.
Individualized Care
The SYMYO System
Your plan connects what we find during assessment to the hands-on care and active work most likely to help you move forward.

Common Questions
It may be a fit if pain, stiffness, or recurring limitations are affecting activity and you want hands-on care connected to an active improvement plan.
No. Care is individualized. An appointment may include hands-on treatment, mobility, rehabilitation, strength work, or a combination based on what you need.
Dr. Mitch reviews what has been happening, examines the relevant areas, and determines what should be assessed or addressed first.
Movement Age™ is calculated during the comprehensive Movement Assessment and provides a simple baseline for how your body moves today.
SYMYO is a private-pay practice. A superbill may be available when appropriate, but reimbursement depends on your plan.
That depends on your findings, goals, response to care, and how much rehabilitation or strength work is needed. Recommendations are individualized.
